Stretching

I move like it's the last thing I do
Fully focused on every detail
The head is the last to come fully up
It feels like a century has gone by
I am only a vessel for something big
And these little limbs are only a speck
And I want you to see the enjoyment of this
Every inch, every twitch is of the eternity
It is really a dance of the joints and the heart
And the smallest detail is where it's all at
And it takes full attention and the presence of now
There is nothing else beyond the current bow
And I want to take time to reach the divine
And I don't want to hurry to know the story
And I don't need to rush to feel the crash
It is all apparent in a moment's explosion
